Foilayage is basically if Balayage and highlights came together and had a baby. It is a blend of the two. You get the natural look of a balayage, or a heavier look of highlighting (whatever you're in the mood for).
It does not get as light as actual highlights but you can achieve more lightness than a balayage because of the technique I use and also in this service foils are used which allows the hair to lift more lighter.
